When I went to Osaka last month, I bought some A5 (the best) grade Wagyu before I left.
There are 4 different species of Wagyu and the best one is called Kuroge wagyu(黒毛和牛).

Megabox is the latest large shopping mall to open in Hong Kong. The developer claimed many “first” in Hong Kong including the first international sized ice rink and IMAX Theatre, an all-season theme park, amusement game centre.

HDMI 1.3 is supposed to be a major upgrade. The features upgrade includes:-
Increases single-link bandwidth to 340 MHz (10.2 Gbit/s)
Optionally supports 30-bit, 36-bit, and 48-bit xvYCC with Deep Color or over one billion colors, up from 24-bit sRGB or YCbCr in previous versions.

A simple dinner tonight, just one course, roast chicken wings.
Marinate the wings with salt, freshly ground black pepper, five spice powder and sugar for about 10 minutes.
Roast at 220 degree Celcius for about 18 minutes, turn once to let the skin brown on both sides.
Viola!
