Roast Lamb Shank

Lamb shank is very tasty and easy to cook. Marinate it with salt and freshly grounded black pepper. Just roast it at 220 degree Celcius for about 20 minutes. If you would like it well done, then roast it for 30 minutes. The meat is tender and juicy. The sauce was made by deglazing with Port wine, Balsamic vinegar, stock and blackcurrant.
