Roasted Duck Breast

Another simple dish to cook for dinner tonight.

Marinate the duck breast with salt and freshly grounded black pepper. Coat the skin with a layer of cooking oil. Then roast at 200 degree Celcius for about 7 minutes total. Roast with skin side facing down first and then turn once during roasting.

Deglaze your own favorite sauce. I deglazed the sauce toinght with chicken stock, Port and dried mandarin peel. Serve with your favorite vegetable!
