Queuing Up for Doughnut in Osaka

Japanese people are very patient, they can patiently queue up for anything, even doughnuts. Krispy Kreme was certainly not popular in Hong Kong an closed down completely awhile ago. You can see a long queue of people waiting to buy doughnuts from Krispy Kreme in Osaka throughout the whole day. The waiting time at the end of the queue was 2 hours and 45 minutes………………just to buy doughnuts.

    • I wouldn’t know if the donuts are really good or not, I would not queue up for more than 5 minutes for donuts. I heard Krispy Kreme just opened for a month in Osaka and on opening day, the queuing time was 8 hours.
I was out for breakfast that morning and did not take my 5D Mark II. The shots were taken with Panasonic GF1 with the new Olympus 9-18mm.
