I did some home cooking again last night, experimented more with various ingredients. Quite pleased with the results. The Bonito Chicken Mirin Jelly went pretty well with the unripe apricot, the sweet taste of the jelly was balanced out by the acidic taste of the apricot. The sesame added another dimension to the taste. Black Iberian pork is really one of the best tasting pork, simply delicious.
